In another big week for the Flowers for Treasurer Campaign, Delaware Democratic State Treasurer Candidate Chip Flowers received the endorsement from members of the Blackbird Democratic Club. The Blackbird Democratic Club covers Southern New Castle County surrounding the Blackbird area (Middletown, Delaware City, Townsend, Odessa and Smyrna).
“I am grateful for the endorsement of the Blackbird Democratic Club in this important race.
